Tasted @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Fresh floral beginning. Grain there, quite dry with a nice grainy back. Fruity dry with alcoholic parts, round and refreshing though. Nice.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of hoppy pale fruits, citrus, flowers. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, flowers, pale malt.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, best before December 2019. Almost clear, golden with a white head. Sweetish, fruity-grassy, floral and just slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, gooseberry and just traces of the typical Tripel aromas. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-grassy, floral and just a little yeasty-spicy taste of gooseberry, lemon peel and a touch of vanilla, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Süffiger, minimal säuerlicher Beginn. Geringfügig säuerlich, trocken herb, wenig kräutrig. Spritzig, unspannend. 10/8/9/9/8/9
