Das obergärige Sommerbier hat seinen Charakter ganz klar als leicht-fruchtiges Bier, welches sich als ideal für den Sommer gestaltet. Das frische Bier wird durch fein-herbe Hopfennoten und einem dezent malzigen Abgang begleitet. Im Glas entwickelt das Sommerbier eine schöne Bernstein-Farbe.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before October 2018. Slightly hazy, dark amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, slightly floral aroma of melon, tangerine and some apricot. Just slightly sweet and rather dry, gently bitter, quite fruity, moderately grassy and a bit floral taste of grapefruit, tangerine and some melon, followed by a short, medium bitter, fairly dry and gently grassy finish. Thin to medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Decent (Indian) summer beer.

Amber beer with a white head. Malty fruity aroma, some toffee and caramel notes. Malty flavor with bitter notes.

Karamellig bitterer Antrunk, milder Hopfen. Süffig, die fruchtige Bitterkeit passt gut. Zum Ende eher herb, die anderen Aromen schwinden schnell. 9/10/9/8/11/9
