0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before February 2019. Clear, amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity aroma of caramel, honey, vanilla and traces of ginger. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a little malty, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, orange peel, dried apricot, honey, ginger and vanilla, followed by a short, medium bitter, slightly yeasty-spicy and gently dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice Ale, well-balanced and quite hoppy.

Hazy pale amber colour, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma toasted malts, grain, biscuit, yeast, light herbal notes. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, yeast, caramel, biscuit, bittering herbal notes. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, herbal and biscuit notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, not bad neither very special, okay blonde.
