Tap at Bergmann Brauereiausschank Phönixsee. Deep golden in the glass, small head. Starts mild, fine spicy, shy bitter notes in the background. Shy hints of lemon. Finish well balanced. Nice!

Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grainy malt, straw. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, cereals moderate bitterness.

0,75 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Cloudy golden in the glass with a more than one finger foamy white head. Smooth grainy caramel on the nose. Taste has also caramel with sweetness. Smooth grain, moderate bitterness. Nice but not thin easy drinking Helles.

Točené: Golden, hazy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing creamy off-white head, sweetish-bitter grainy-barnyardy nose with hard-to-detect hoppy traces; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nesrly medium bodied; slightly lingering and slightly drier grainy-bitter finish. Sic transit gloria mundi…

0.3 l on tap at the brewery. Slightly hazy, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy and a little malty aroma of grains and some straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, some straw and a touch of dough, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and a little yeasty finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid, classic Export!
