Wodan is geen barley wine maar een Weizenwein! Een eigen creatie waarbij we onze core range hoppy weizen (Langharig Tuig) verdubbeld hebben. Echt in overdrive. Dit levert een heel mooi gebalanceerde smaak op van tarwe, weizengist en Amerikaanse hop. Supersmooth. Gevaarlijk. Ganz Toll!

Can. Weizenwein according to the label. Color: Slightly hazy orangish golden, off-white head. Aroma: Sweetish, caramel, fruity hop. Taste: Caramel, boozy, wheat malt, sugary hints. Fruity citrus and mango hop. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Unusual style, well done but no topper for me.

Hazy dark golden with a white head. Malty caramel aroma with some wheat. Sweet taste with a full smooth slightly boozy finish. Nice sipper.

Can 33cl. @home poured into a teku glass. Hazy medium golden colour, good frothy white to off-white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Aroma wheat, orange, mango. Yeast, alcohol. Juicy taste, light light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, yeast, orange, mango, alcohol notes, grainy undertone, spicy notes. Above medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation, short fruity and grainy sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering light alcoholic afterburn, tasty and easy to drink, very nice.

Bottle at THT July. Clear light golden with white head. Sweet sugary grains, orange, soft berries, doughy, marzipan. Quite sweet and lighter bitter, light tart. Over medium bodied. OK.
