Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, muddy gold. Thin and super sticky, lasting, white head. Nose has fusty pineapple and ripe orange. Some pine needle. Yellow melon skin. Clean, biscuity grain. Taste has a robust, piny, pithy bitterness. Some sweetness round the edges. Medium body. Dries out a little. Low carbonation. Gets more bitter towards the finish, ending up on the twangy and citrusy side of things.

Can picked up direct from the Buxton Brewery online shop, Buxton, Derbyshire. This was canned on the 24th and consumed sat down the garden by the pond Thursday 26th July 2018. Mid gold with a light haze and a mid sized white. At first I was a little underwhelmed by this, however it's growing on me and despite it not quite having the attributes of the Grinlow and Clawtrack it's a very pleasant beer. A furry bitterness, a touch floral but also becomes quite assertive in the hoppiness a bit dry at the end, gets better with each sip, a grower. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov15 3.7
