Draft. An unclear amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw and lemons. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wooden, fruity, floral, some earthy and mild toffee with some toasted and rye bready notes to it. Flavour is wooden, earthy, toated and some mild rye notes.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is huge Amburana wood ... I assume! The flavour is light sour with a rich woody citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Very unusual. Like nothing I ever tasted before tbh. I guess you either love this beer or you don’t!

CBC. Hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, berries, rye and herbal. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, spices, moldy, caramel herbs. medium sweet and a little bitter.

Tap@CBC 2015, Red Session - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is medium sweet floral and fruity, straw, some sour notes, some barnyard yeast, citric spice, dry finish.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is grain, bread, pale malt, straw, light citric, musty. Taste comprises light spice, musty wood, herbal characteristics, citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a touch basic.
