On tap at 'La Diana'. Clear, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity and a bit herbal-grassy aroma of tea leaves, blackberry and some caramel. Moderately sweet, malty, just slightly bitter, gently herbal-grassy and softly fruity taste of toffee, blackberry, elderberry, some tea leaves and a touch of blackcurrant, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently herbal-grassy, a bit yeasty and a little dry finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid.
