0.5 l bottle from the brewpub, best before June 2018. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite fruity and a little sourish-funky aroma of caramel, red fruits, some leather and a touch of overripe banana. Moderately sweet, malty, quite fruity, a bit yeasty and minimally sourish-funky taste of caramel, red fruits, some cocoa, traces of leather and hints of overripe banana, followed by a short, minimally bitter, slightly woody-tart and a bit yeasty finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite enjoyable even if probably slightly infected, not that close to a Weizenbock though.

0,1l from tap at Salon Piva, Bratislava shared with Sander. smells of caramel, spices, musty, earthy, some ripe fruits, nutty, marzipan, woman sweat notes. bit weird smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of ripe fruits, doughy, grassy, earthy, marzipan, light sweetness, bit musty. finishes lightly sweet with notes of must, dough and ripe fruits. decent one overall but also not what you usually expect from a typcial weizenbock. ok 6, 4, 6, 3, 13

Handbottled at Nobell. Slovak brewery no.96 Good weizen bock with solid yeasty aroma accompanied with something like honey. Taste sweetish, weizen character with light warming alcohol. Mainly sweet with light bitter end. Tasty
