Bottle from Sterk Amsterdam. Sweetish with notes of vegetables, spicy yeast, and ripe fruits. Sweet flavour with some clove. Body is medium. Not much of a Saison, like their other attempt at the style marred by vegetable off-flavours.

0.33 l bottle from 'Sterk Avondverkoop, best before May 2018. Clear, amber with a massive, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity-floral and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of peach, orange peel, some honey and traces of clove. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, rather fruity-floral and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of apricot, peach, honey, some vanilla and hints of clove, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, rather dry finish. Medium body, extremely effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Unfortunately over-carbonated, nevertheless a decent beer, way better than expected.
