Bottle at Duggfrisk. An unclear orange colored beer with a minimal sized off-white head. Caramel, generic fruityness, some pale malt notes, citrus and pine cones in the aroma. It's rather sweet on the palate, with a good bitterness. Full body, rather low carbonation. Caramel sweetness, some pale malts notes, citrus and pine cones in the flavor. Long sweet and bitter finish. Pity about the carbonation level, that sort of kills the whole drinking experience it seems. Hope I get to try this one again on a later occasion. 170818

Bottle 330ml @ home
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, bread, alcohol, grass, orange and hint of something that reminds me of paint. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, boozy, grassy, bready, caramel and orange finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

From tap at Mi2 at Cardinal 21.08.17. Cloudy dark hay colour. Uninviting aroma of green apples, earth, resin and sap. Taste is better, with dried fruits, sweet tropical fruits, sweet biscuits and lemon Fox. Almost drainpour.

Hazed deep golden color with a small off white head. Dotted lacing. Not that good intensity in the aroma as expected. Lots of dried fruit. Medium to full body. A bit sweet and a oily texture. Fine mellow carbonation level. Easy to drink. Lasting flavor with some strange fruity notes. My main experiences with the flavor was dried fruits, mango, grapefruit hoppy, pine and some alcohol coming up. Not the best one from Haand. Still ok.

Fra fat på Bøker&Børst, Stavanger: uklar kobber gylden med fint skum som varer. God aroma med citrusfrukter, mango og lys karamell. Smaker like godt: urter, karamell, bitterappelsin, mango. Den behagelige bitterheten balanseres av en solid maltkropp. Myk ettersmak gjør det til en glede å være tørst, særlig når vitamininnholdet er så godt skjult. 6-4-7-4-14.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Orange colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of fruity and herbal hops, a hint of toffee. Distinctly hoppy flavour, some caramel, good bitterness. Not a bad beer, but there are many contenders in this heat, and HaandGranat will not likely be the winner.
