Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, pale straw yellow with a white layer. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Slightly sweet, a little sourish, moderately fruity taste of green apples, some pear and traces of wood, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately dry finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Bottle shared at Koelschtrinker's place. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma mild sweet apples, sulfits. Taste of mild tart apples, grapes, sulfits.

Shared at tasting @ Koelschtrinker's place. Smooth fresh beginning. Tart perries, refreshing apples. Nice full body. Long fruity aftertaste with lots of pears and apples. Great balanced, quite dry, highly drinkable.
