Sampled from 0.33 l bottle. Very pale golden. Sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity aroma of ripe apples and some pear. Just slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity and quite watery taste of ripe apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma sweet apples, sugar. Taste of mild sweet apples, soft sourish apples, watery body.

Mild fruchtig-herber Beginn. Runde Apfelnoten, moderat herb, schnell wässrig werdend. Süffig, geschmacklich unspektakulär. 8/7/9/8/9/7
