Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and a bit fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Minimally sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity and a bit watery taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay.

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of mild sweet apples, dry apples. Taste of dry apples, not too sweet, watery body.
