Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and slightly fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Slightly sweetish, minimally sourish and slightly fruity taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, minimally tart and slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of mild sourish apples, dry riped apples. Taste of dry apples, vinious, sulfits, watery body.

Spritziger, frisch säuerlicher Beginn. Dabei ist die Fruchtigkeit nicht sonderlich stark und wirkt immer wieder dumpf, die erfrischenden Zitrusnoten halten dagegen. Spritzig, langer trocken-säuerlicher Nachhall. 9/8/9/8/6/9
