15.04.2019 -- 0.75l bottle from galeria kaufhof in frankfurt. clear very pale with no head. aroma of red apples, white wine, rather sour. flavour of green apples, wine, spices, wood.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and slightly fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Minimally sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity taste of ripe apples and pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of mild sweet and strong apples, sulfits. Taste of sourish apples, dry apples, vinious, okay.
