Bottle pour at the Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2018. Nose is warm apples and a bit oh honey. Flavor is crisp and delicate, sweet up front, then dries out. Medium tannins and light sourness. Apple and a touch of nectarine in the flavor. Great.

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Sweetish neutral bitter beginning. Very tart with ripe apples. No sourness. Long and herbal fruity apple aftertaste, not too deep but round and bitter tart. Interesting with a tart bitter appley aftertaste.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, pale golden yellow. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, quite fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Minimally sweetish, moderately sourish, quite fruity taste of green apples and pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry and slightly alcoholic finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of dry and riped apples, spices, not too sweet. Taste of spicy apples, dry apples, low tartness and sweetness.

Trockener Apfelbeginn mit wässrig herbem Hintergrund. Zunehmende Säure, der Apfelwein bleibt wässrig. Kurzer Nachhall. Entäuschend. 7/8/7/7/9/6
