Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, very pale greenish golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and slightly fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Just slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity taste of green apples and pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of mild sweet apples, riped apples, flowers. Taste of mild sweet and riped apples, low tartness, sulfit.
