Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, pale golden yellow. Sweetish, slightly fruity and spicy aroma of apples and cinnamon. Quite sweet, slightly fruity and spicy taste of apples, walnut and cinnamon, followed by a short, spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Okay!

Apfeliger Beginn nach Zimt. Trockene Gewürznoten, eher wässriger Hintergrund. Rund, süffig, Apfel und Gewürze ergänzen sich gut. Langer trockener Nachhall. 7/8/9/8/5/8

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Der Cider hat eine klare goldgelbe Farbe. Der Geruch ist angenehm würzig, fruchtige reife, leicht säuerlich Äpfel. Geschmack nach reifen Äpfeln, süß, gar nicht säuerlich, Zimt.

1l bottle from the cidery. Sweetish-spicey beginning. Full bodied with a nice apple sourness and tartness. The spices are round and sweet and fit nice into the picture. The sourness is still present, the sweetish spices are round and great! Nice combination! Tastes natural.
