Bottle. Clear pale straw. Sweet apple, spicy pear, light herbal, crisp juice, soft yeast, fennel, marzipan. Medium sweet and a bit less sour. Medium bodied, medium dry and quite crisp. I like it.

375ml bottle. Nose is apples, minerals, nicely fruity and spicy. Clear gold with light bubbles. Lightly sweet, bit fruit flavor, not too sweet though, spicy, light, balanced, soft carbonation. Slightly simple maybe but lovely.

Sampled from 0.375 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden yellow with a white layer. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some walnut. Moderately sweet, slightly sourish, moderately fruity taste of ripe apples and some walnut, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear golden beer. Aroma of mild sweet and riped apples, mild tartness. Taste of mild sweet apples, dry spicy apples, nice.

Süßer, würzig-herber Beginn. Vollmundig apfelig, im Mittelteil halten sich Süße und Trockenheit die Waage. Weich, vollmundig, ausgewogen. Zum Ende überwiegt die Trockenheit, nach wie vor aber ausgewogen. Lecker. 9/11/11/10/10/11

Nice fruity-appley nose. The cider starts fresh and fruity. Interesting fruity-sweetish, nice and full of tannins. Fresh and fruity. Intense. Nice. Deep. Hints of wood. Nice ripe and sweetish apples. Intense. Very nice tart without being dry. The aftertaste is full of fruity and ripe apples, lots of tannins, great!
