Das Kürbis Ale ist eine obergärige Brauspezialität. Im Brauprozess kochen wir den Kürbis 3 Stunden in die Bierwürze ein. Kürbis Ale hat einen trocken-malzigen Charakter und eine dezente Hopfennote, die an Kräutern erinnert. Ganz wie der Kürbis hat das Kürbis Ale eine orange Farbe im Glas.

33cl bottle courtesy of Erzengel! A almost clear dark golden beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of soft orange fruits, herbs, cinnamon. taste of ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin, orange fruits, mild bitterness, decent beer.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', 5.1% abv, 2017 vintage. Slightly hazy, orangeish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity-spicy aroma of peach, pumpkin, coriander and traces of nutmeg. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity and slightly spicy taste of peach and pumpkin, accompanied by some coriander and a touch of nutmeg, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry and moderately spicy finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Refreshing and well-balanced Pumpkin Ale, quite a different interpretation compared to most of the mainstream ones.

Bottle. Smells and tastes fruity and spicy. Some hops in the aftertaste. Nice carbonation. I’m neither a big fan nor expert when it comes to pumpkin beers but this one is all right I suppose.

Many thanks to Koelschtrinker for this bottle! Hefig-trübes Bier. Fruchtig-hefig, sehr würzig. Kein bzw. kaum Kürbis. Leckeres trübes Bier mit malzigem Körper. Hofig-herb im Nachgeschmack, aber kein Kürbis... Schade - außer nem leckeren Kellerbier nicht viel...

Bottle. Hazy dark amber color, small white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity. Taste is pumpkin and spice.

Hopfiger, mild bitterer Antrunk. Leicht blumig, steigende Bitterkeit, wenig fruchtig, rund. Zum Ende herber, geringe Säure. Spritzig. 11/12/11/12/11/11
