Blond sour beer inoculated with wild MO yeast and bacteria aged in our 70hL french oak foedre. Only available at The Cellar on the hand pump. The foedre will be filled, used, and refilled often, so the beer will always be evolving. Solera method style.

Sample at CBC 2015. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, oak, light funk, grass and wood. Medium body and with a sour finish.

Cloudy yellow and still. Aroma is funky and and earthy with barnyard and light herb. Flavor is lightly tart and funky with lemon and wood. Funky lemon finish.

Tap at CBC 2015. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of oak, funk, lactic and citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Aroma is somewhat tart with lemon and some sour cream. Flavour is rather tart and somewhat acidic with sour cream, lemon and green apples. Quite aggressive, the acidic notes affect drinkability here.

Pours hazy yellowish with a small head. Aroma of zesty lemon, citrus, grapefruit, tartish fruits and funky yeast. Taste is lactic sour, tart and fruity with some zesty lemon and grapefruit. Finish is sourish, lactic and tart with some grapefruit, citrus and lemon. Good.
