Hopsoul - Helles Sommerbier hat einen Alkoholgehalt von nur 5,1% vol. und ist naturbelassen. Die 2-fache Kalthopfung mit den Aromahopfensorten Hallertau Blanc und Yellow Sub verfeinern das Geschmackserlebnis. Hallertau Blanc verleiht ein zartes, fruchtig-blumiges Weißweinbouquet mit einem Hauch Zitronengras, während Yellow Sub tropische Fruchtnoten andeutet. Ein Bier, bei dem man den Sommer riechen und schmecken kann!

Lahev (Ano, v pořádku...): Pale golden to golden, hazy, medium-sized and slowly collapsing white head; moderate spicy-herbal hoppy nose with a grainy background; moderate - as well - dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering herbal to flowery finish with a soft malty counterpart. A well quaffable summer-drink, more interesting than many "modern" "craft-beers"...

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before June 2016, courtesy of Koelschtrinker, thanks Roman! Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity aroma of honey and hints of citrus. Sweetish, moderately bitter, slightly fruity and a bit floral-grassy taste of honey, grass and some citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry and a bit grassy finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay, probably past its prime.

bottle from Heinrichs 3000 Kornwestheim. Hazy pale yellow with a tall white head. Hoppy nose. Malty base witha yeasty fruity touch and hints of grassy, lemony hops. Refreshing and quite nice!

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale golden colour with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of mild hops, a lot of citron, pale malt. Taste of mild bitter hops, grassy, citrons, easy to drink, refreshing!
