Gezapft: Hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, medium-sized loose and lacy off-white head; dryish bitter-sweet fruity-malty nose with tannic spots underneat; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, quite light bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering and a bit drier herbal-bitter and (dry) malty finish. Inoffensive, but not that bad…

0.3 l on tap at the brewpub. Hazy, brownish amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish, malty and slightly grassy-spicy aroma of caramel, straw, nuts and some honey. Sweetish, malty, moderately grassy-spicy taste of straw, caramel, honey and toasted nuts, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly yeasty and quite grassy-spicy finish. Above medium-bodied, very smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very quaffable, nice!
