Flavor is light sweet, rich malty, caramel, cocoa, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, mocha, oak, light alcohol. Medium body, average carboantion, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. 010515

Sample at CBC 2015. Black with a tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, some oak and toffee. Full body and with a long aftertaste. A tasty dessert beer.

Pours pitch black with a smooth head. Aroma of vanilla, toffee, syrup, oak and coffee. Taste is smooth, slick and slightly roasty with loads of vanilla, hints of coffee. Finish is slick, smooth and slightly roasty with some vanilla and coffee. Nice.

Aroma is neat with vanilla, licorice and coffee. Also some marshmallows. Flavour has vanilla, slightly bitter coffee, marshmallows and ash. Also peanut butter. Nice, I like the vanilla here.
