On tap at ’De Bekeerde Suster’ (Amsterdam). Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a large, frothy, stable, white head. Faint, sweetish, slightly floral, quite spicy and a little fruity aroma of vanilla, clove, some citrus and a bit of straw. Sweetish, spicy, slightly floral and a little fruity taste of vanilla, Belgian yeast, clove, some straw and hints of citrus, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, yeasty-spicy and slightly dry finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite okay, heavily leaning towards Belgian Blond.
