0.3 l on tap at ’Altes Pfingsten Brauhaus’. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, foamy, stable, tan to white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity-yeasty aroma of lemon, hay, some honey and green apples. Sweetish, slightly sourish, yeasty-fruity taste of lemon, green apples, honey and hay, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little sourish finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, flat. Very nice and refreshing, great session beer!

On tap at the brewpub in Hagen. Leicht trüb und helles bernstein im Glas. Mild weich im Antrunk. Sehr süffig & malzig-frisch. Der Hauptteil ist leicht süßlich, malzig mit feinherber Note, die im Hauptteil stärker wird. Sehr mild-weich. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang, weich-mild & malzig-hefig-frisch. Dabei feinherb und sehr süffig.

Frisch herber weicher Antrunk, geringe Süße. Dunkle Getreidenoten, frisch bleibend. Milde Malznoten, vollmundig. Zum Ende steigend herb, der Hopfen bleibt konstant mild und stimmig. Rundes gelungenes Bier! 11/11/12/12//12
