From a 12 oz. bottle it is a brownish black color with a tan head. The Aroma is of vanilla and bourbon bourbon. The taste is strong sweet boozey with vanilla. It has a strong flavor that lingers on the palate.

23 February 2019. (Tasting formerly known as) RBBWG. Cheers to all, thanks Kraddel for the hospitality! Hazy black with a lasting, thin, unstable, frothy, dark beige head. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon, milk chocolate, praliné, raisin, dried fig & plum, dough. Taste is medium to heavy malty sweet, quite creamy, vanilla popping up already, hint of chocolate; light to medium roasted bitter middle carries fondant, coffee roast & dried dark fruits (raisin, plum), faint touch of umami soy. Dryish, herbal & peppery hoppy finish, lingering toast, vanilla, coffee, warming bourbon-like alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Lovely stuff, actually quite smooth.

23/02/2019 - shared on BBGG @Kraddel's place. Black with tanned head. Nose is roast, vanilla, boozy. Taste is roasted malts, dark chocolate, vanilla, sweet alcohol. Nice.

A little bit disappointing, this one, also cause it got blown away by the rest. Tasty, good dose of vanilla, but also extremely thin. Lots of bourbon, not too much vanilla or metallic, just way too thin.

Clear dark brown beer, small aery irregular beige head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of dark chocolate, some gingerbread, spicy touch, vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of bourbon, alcohol, vanilla, bitter touch, pretty roasted, dark chocolate. Aftertaste: super bitter, dry, hoppy, more chocolate, alcohol, nice but too bitter in the finish.

Bottle sampled at THT December. Almost black with nice dark beige head. Vanilla indeed, roast, nice bourbon, dark chocolate, soft booze, flowery, old oak, dried herbs and fruits. Over medium sweet and solid medium bitter. Almost full bodied. Nice stuff! 👍🏻

Bottle shared at THT December ‘18. Black with a tan head. Aroma of bourbon, oak, vanilla, chocolate, caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Light full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.
