Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart funky woody aroma. Fruity sour tart funky flavor. Has a fruity sour tart funky woody finish.

Flaska från Etre Gourmet drucken med ölföreningen. Smak och doft av citrus, vita vinbär, omogna krusbär, örter, jord och citrusskal. En bra klassisk gueuze. Fin sötma, något funkig, lättsyrlighet, fin beska. Gott!

Flaska från Etre Gourmet drucken med ölföreningen. En bra klassisk gueuze som ändå inte riktigt håller hela vägen. Lite för endimensionell, lite för lite karaktär och varken funk eller syra som får någon wow-känsla. Men med det sagt ändå helt ok.

Thanks Višnjaaa! Misty golden body... Sharp aroma, chlorine, malt, salt, light green apple. Interesting. Sharp taste, slightly chemical, apple, funky, sweetish end, bitterish touches. Despite the not quite flattering notes I've said, this is a very interesting beer, I'd understand both the love and the hate for it. Overall, I don't see how this is a top 50 beer...

Bottle. Aroma is burnt breadcrust, hay, straw. Taste is straw, breadcrust, dusty, lemony. Medium carbonation. Nice one, but a too strawy.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange. Nose is grapes, horseblanket, grapes, dry apple. Palate is lemony dry grapes, wood, bitter grape pip finish. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with a medium head but no retention. Aroma is funk, hay, straw, horse blanket, almost cat piss, lemon. Body is medium, softly sour and tart, lemon, with an astringent dryness. Really funky. Palate is astringent. Good!

Golden with little white head. Aroma is grapes, peach skin, dust, quite aggressive. Taste is sour with bitter grape pips. A bit harsh. Quite drinkable though. Very acidic. Not my thing.

75cl bottle from EtreGourmet. Intense funky horse blanket nose. Very dry. The beer starts fresh and fruity. Very dry and grainy, funky sour, intense sharp, bitter in the end, fresh grainy, sessionable, moderate sour, somehow smooth with a funky grainy bitter aftertaste.
