A carefully designed recipe, exact percentances of basic, aromatic and caramelized malts, the sole use of one variety of hops and the diversification of the proccess during brewing, give to Notos Gold Lager its distinctive colour and aroma, full body and balanced bitterness. Re-fermenting in bottle and maturemation in low temperatures give an additional characteristic to it making it special. During its brewing, 100% Greek barley malt is used and the hops are of Styrian Golding variety.

5/12/2018. Bottle from Barley Cargo, Athens. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, caramel, stewed veg and boiled potato. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Quite dry finish with a lemon biscuit finish. Not so great.
