In another exciting collaborative effort with our neighbors at Barrington Coffee Roasters, we bring you a bold American stout infused with cold-brewed coffee. PM Dawn exhibits an earthy, freshly roasted coffee bean and dark chocolate/mocha nose. The flavor profile consists of vanilla, hot chocolate, and caramel along with rich espresso. With a medium to heavy body, luscious mouthfeel, and light bitterness, PM Dawn is balanced and full, smooth with a drying roast character.

Had it both from can and from tap at Trillium Garden on the Greenway. Black color with brown head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, coffee, cocoa, some caramel and licorice. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium to full oily to creamy body with soft carbonation.

32 oz growler filled on draft at Trillium Fort Point in April 2018. Consumed 6/12/2018. Black with tan head. Aromas of espresso, dark chocolate, roast. Tastes of roast, dark chocolate, coffee, espresso. Full body with a dry finish. Delicious.

On tap at Trillium, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out rich roasted malt, with lots of cold brew coffee dominating. Flavour is rich, with loads of cold brew coffee upfront, medium roast and a touch of cocoa. So much depth and so easy to drink for such high gravity. Wonderful.

Crowler pour. Dark, almost black cola color with a small, off-white head. Aroma was a lot of coffee, super coffee roast. Not bitter at all. Dark chocolate, coffee. Smooth and solid. Really tasty.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel and licorice. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long coffee, chocolate and licorice finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Can at Beer Legends beer tasting; dark black pour with a creamy tan head, aroma has big coffee, taste has some light vanilla, big coffee, some dark fruits hints and toast. Nice creamy mouthfeel.

Tap at Trillium, Canton. Colour is almost black with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Coffee, dark chocolate, cacao, vanilla and roasted malts. Coffee dominates again but now it is just just tolerable.

Can from the brewery. Nose is soy sauce, coffee, umami, chocoalte, miso. Sweet chocolate flavor with coffee and miso paste. Lots of soy umami going down here. Tasty.

Modestly dark brown color. Huge espresso notes with good dark chocolate, molasses, lactos. Full body, full on espresso and espresso super smooth and bitter. Low carbonation. Excellent. Big espresso finish. Excellent.
