In another exciting collaborative effort with our neighbors at Barrington Coffee Roasters, we bring you a bold American stout infused with cold-brewed coffee. PM Dawn exhibits an earthy, freshly roasted coffee bean and dark chocolate/mocha nose. The flavor profile consists of vanilla, hot chocolate, and caramel along with rich espresso. With a medium to heavy body, luscious mouthfeel, and light bitterness, PM Dawn is balanced and full, smooth with a drying roast character.

Beavertown Trillium TTO. Keg. Hazy deep brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and airy and has reasonable fine carbonation. Nice light coffee and creamy malt combine to give rich smooth coffee and cream! Fruity coffee emerges along with a little earthy coffee. Mild dark chocolate. Light smooth finish. Mmm - one of the best coffee beers I've had and so light. Delicious.

Dark brown, thin head, heavy coffee and heavy chocolate. Sweet chocolate taste with mellow coffee. Touch of alcohol, and I'm finding that aside from the sugary elements the balance is a bit off.

Thanks Brennan for the can! Poured into a snifter showing pitch black with thick coffee translucent rims and quickly dissipating latte coloured foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of roasted coffee bean. The palate is fully carbonated and oily slick. Coffee forward roasted beans and a light tart acidity followed by a roasted coffee bean bitterness. Coffee coffee coffee...

Not only are they IPA masters, but the folk at Trillium brew a mean stout, too! Pours a thick, oily black, with smallish head. Aroma of coffee, mocha, dark fruit. Flavor is vanilla, coffee, hot chocolate, with some dark fruits. Fairly sweet on the whole. Smooth and balanced and with a sweet coffee finish. Very nice.

Pours dark brown into a snifter. Mocha head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets to coat surface. Dark espresso, vanilla, hot chocolate and tiramisu aromas. Soft and creamy and hot espresso, burnt vanilla and dark chocolate frosting upfront turning to charred bourbon in the lasting finish.
