Draught at the brewery, 8/5/18.
Lightly hazy, brass-blonde-golden body topped by a small, white head that quickly fades to ring.
Light lactic acid mixes with bright, gentle, but aromatic Brett. Juicy lemon, mineral and soft biscuit and cereal behind it, giving a very easygoing, moderately "tart" nose with some salt-like character on the end and no alcohol or flaw. Very aromatic for its size.
In the mouth it's soft, round and shows juicy lemon mixing with biscuit and cereal, tightly carbonated, with a surprisingly strong salinity on the finish. This plays against the light lactic character nicely and the beer comes out tart and juicy but pleasingly salty and round on the finish. Very substantial, malty texture with high attenuation and no alcohol or flaw. Very gose-like in its salinity. Juicy, tart and soft. Great stuff.

From tap at the brewery. Hazy golden orange color with off white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, bread, citrus, tart tropical, grass. Sweet and acidic taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Cambridge Brewing, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, floral dry hopping and a touch of stone fruity sourness. Flavour is along the same lines, with a rather harsh floral dry hop character and a boat load of lacto. Not balanced too well and somewhat harsh. Meh.
