Tap @ Moeder Lambic Fontaines, Brussels. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Fruity and grassy crisp flavor. Some citrus. Lovely dry finish. Quality!

Small rim, veiled pale amber beer. Dry hops, garden herbs. Dry, hoppy, bitter-herbal. Feels very carbonated, rather slick, medium bodied. Nice, but De Ranke can do much better. Nose is all but absent.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 06.04.2018
Aroma has floral notes, some biscuits, hints of caramel and soapy citrus. Flavour has strong floral notes, some spices, herbs and orange. Grassy hops in the finish. Foamy palate is too high on CO2. Spicy and weird.

330ml bottle from beer-city.be
Porus dark orange with a large white head. Aroma of biscuity malts, some crisp hops, hints of spices and yeast. Taste is crisp, malty and fruity with hints of spices and yeast. Finish is smooth, yeasty and slightly fruity. Okay, a bit musty and unbalanced, but fruity saison/Belgian IPA hybrid.

Clear deep orange beer, big creamy yellowish head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, some pineapple, bit malty, toast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some citrus first, then pretty fruity, pineapple, herbal, grassy bitter hops, soft sweet malty base. Aftertaste: citrus, bit spicy, bitter hops, some toast, bitter dry ending. Complex yet very easy drinkable! Love it!

25 cl. draft @ Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas. All ratings so far in French, cool. Je suis désole que je va arrêter cette tradition et va commencer en Anglais. Bright amber, orange with a big, creamy, slight off-white CML head. Huge bitter orange peel, nose, light caramel, bitter EU grass hops, light pine resin, very floral, hay, very long bitter grass finish, light medicinal, caramel,… mix of EU & USA hops it seems. Taste is very bitter floral, herbal, huge, huge grass, brutal BE hops, hardcore, reminds me a bit of very fresh De Ranke Hop Harvest 2012, light caramel, pine, slightly medicinal, touch plastic, overkill BE hops in a very fun way, light orange peel, very fresh,… Body is lightly oily, sharp carb. Apparently Mosaic, the new USA hop, hype, not really getting this one fully, still not over Sorachi Ace.

Draft @ Arden BrewFest, merci Manu.
