Tap at oorlam Hamburg. Amber color light haze big creamy white head that lasts forever. Upfront theres an vinegar/brett smell. Taste juicy, lots of lemon peel and light spices, hints of anise and herbs (lavender, basil). Light to medium body, soft carbonation, smooth semi dry lemony finish. Refreshing, backed by some caramelized malts for a bready tone.

Bottle, Pale golden color. Citric, floral and vinous notes in the aroma. Floral hops, citrus and vinous notes in the flavor. Pineapple. Slightly herbal hopbitter finish. Tasty!

Orange zest, clove, dough, wheat. Mineralic, easygoing, zesty bitter overtones, some sour notes. Orange juice, just not as sweet, mixed with wheat beer. Relaxing and nice. Thanks rauchbierlover!

Bottle @ Bar Oorlam, Hamburg. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 290319

Bottled at Backen, Linköping. Hazy golden, mid sized head. Floral nose with mild notes of marzipan. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mildly grainy with some elderflowers. Fairly low bitterness. Solid.

Buddel - ohne ship: Golden, hazy, medium-sized off-white head that slowly collapses; wheaty-caramelly nose with a yeasty touch, completed by a bitter-hoppy background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied, a bit fizzy; lingering bitter-tart and malty-fruity finish. Nice Saison...

Draft at Oedipus International Beer Festival. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, citrus, light malt and grain. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with light carbonation.
