On tap at Farmhouse Tap & Grill, pours a nearly-opaque orange with a small white head. Nose doesn’t seem particular bright, but it does bring out some tropical, melony hops, along with a dry bready malt base. Flavour does bring out that Mosaic—maybe not as fresh as it could be—with dry and yet tropical hops. But the beer is so good that, even if this is aged, the hops come through well and the structure is faultless. Excellent.

Reviewed from notes.
On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT on 01/18/2018.
Into a tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head head which dissipated nicely and left some light lace
Aroma: blueberry to grapefruity to orangey hop notes with super light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to an emphatic sweet juicy to indulgent bittersweet character; finishes cleanly through those fruity hop notes
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; very smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting, great carb level and very low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: an exceptional NEIPA I would definitely return to.

This makes me remember how good mosaic can be if treated well. It just comes off tempermental in some cases. Here, it's great mixture of grapefruit, blueberry, maybe some pineapple. Pours slightly hazy golden with pretty good soap bubbles. LIght bitter end, good body. Tap at Churchkey.

Can thanks to BT for the hookup. It pours hazy orange - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, green, weedy, touch of spring onions, pleasing fruity character, blueberry, pineapple, persimmon, nectarine and peach. The taste is crisp, dry, quite firm initially, restrained but lingering bitterness, green character is more subdued than on aroma, weedy, cut grass, fresh pine, depth of fruit, blueberry, pineapple, persimmon, twist of citrus and a touch of spice with a drying, green finale. Medium body and soft, supporting carbonation. I've had more vibrant IPAs from HF but there is a depth to this coupled with huge drinkability.

On tap at Pinocchio’s in Media, PA. Hazy, orange gold color. Creamy beige head. Fragrant citrusy aroma hints at tangerine and melon. Flavor upfront is soft and silky. Sweet orange, papaya, melon, citrus rind, grapefruit and lime. Amazingly complex and delicious. Resiny notes of pine on the backend. Outstanding!

Draught at Monk's: pours orangey haze with a white head. Aroma is quite herbal and mellow fruitiness. Tangy bitterness. Loads of Mosaic, which isn't my favorite hop, but still well made.

Growler fill shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! It's a cloudy dark yellow with ring of off-white head with no lacing. Aroma is exceptionally strong grapefruit and citrus. Taste is strong grapefruit, melon, citrus over biscuit malt backbone. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with mildest bitterness. Overall, getting the most out of Mosaic with super strong aroma and flavor.
