At this new recipe, we used Greek, German and Belgian grains.
In colaboration with the Cretan Brewery, we proceeded to produce a light IPA, at 5.6% ABV, very fresh, with easy drinkability. Pale ale, Wheat, Carapils & Biscuit, work together harmoniously to have an average body and balanced taste of biscuit and malt. We added huge amounts of Ahtanum, Citra, Mosaic and Bravo to get a juicy, fruity, full of citrus flavors.

From tap at the Local Pub, Athens. Light hazy golden orange with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, citrusy fruity, orange, light grass. Sweet and bitter fruity taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.
