Our Porter owes its character (and color) to the specialty dark malts, three of which are used in our recipe! This is a beer of dark-brown color, with ruby hues, good translucence and cream foam. Taste is complex and layered but gives predominance to the malt at the expense of hops.
Ingredients: water, pale, dark and black malts, 2 different types of hops, brewer's yeast;
Colour: dark brown;
Aroma: Caramel, chocolate, hint of roasted nuts;
Mouthfeel: rich, slightly bitter texture, hint of peatiness, medium-dry finish;
Body: Medium body and carbonation;
Serving Temperature: 7-12 degrees Celsius;
Food Pairing: A variety of meats (steak, ribs) and sweet cheeses

Garrafa de 50 cl num pub em Sofia. Por estas horas já não conseguia apreciar cerveja limitava-me a beber como um glutão . Bom para fugir às indecentes e mediocres macro lagers.

Bottle @ Cosmic, Sofia. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, licorice and hops.

19/8/2022. Bottle shared at Cosmic Craft Beer Shop, Sofia. Pours clear deep mahogany brown with a modest frothy off-white to beige head. Good looking beer. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, caramel, liquorice, bread. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Quite okay.

Dark brown color with brownish head. Roasted malt, caramel, bread aromas. Light bitterness and sweetness. Average body, bit milky texture.
