This Imperial version of our Last Snow porter is a rich, thick, decadent treat. Pitch black and viscous, it's made with coconut and fresh roasted coffee. We then age it in Bourbon barrels for months to accentuate the vanilla and coconut notes. Originally brewed in collaboration with our friends at Park Tavern in Delray Beach.

Dark brown to black body, with a small, creamy, beige head.
Lovely aroma of coconut, dark chocolate, chocolate fudge, toffee, vanilla, some coffee, moderate bourbon.
Tastes also delicious, with similar aromas, more bourbon.
Full, creamy mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes medium sweet, a bit roasty, with lingering coconut, chocolate, some wood, some bourbon, some vanilla.
Delicious! Reminds of a coconut-chocolate bar, while still not too gimmicky, incredibly smooth to drink. Wonderful creaminess throughout, with just enough, balancing roastiness towards the finish. You propably have to have a bit of a sweet tooth for this, but this is another amazing one by Funky Buddha!

Bottled 11/27/2017. black color, small coffee colored head. smells of coconut, earthy, bitter chocolate, parfumy, milk chocolate. lovely smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of coconut, vanilla, earthy, spices, bitter chocolate, coffee, peppery. finishes lightly sweet with notes of coconut, vanilla and some earthy notes. very nice one, but also a bit on the artifical side. overall very nice one.

Bottle [from trade, thanks!] @ home shared with Caesar and Dutchdrebus. Opaque pitch black color, average sized beige head. Aroma has heavy coconut and firm to heavy coffee. Flavor is malts, dark malts, coffee, coconut, sweetness from the coconut, slightly bitter notes from the malts and coffee. Don't really get the bourbon. Quite nice. And thank God the coconut isn't dominating!

Pitch black color. This is like drinking liquid fudge (chocolate, vanilla, boutique coffee…); bourbon; mild roasted character; the alcohol is not evident.

Bottle shared by Benzai. Dark color, medium frothy brown head. Aroma of dark chocolat, coconut and fresh earthy coffee. Sweet coconut, cookie and chocolat, some roast and coffee. Thick bodied. Beautiful stuff!

If someone put a whole keg of this in front of me I'd drink it till I died. It's so thick and smooth it goes down like chocolate milk with hints of coconut and coffee.

[ As Funky Buddha Last Buffalo in the Park ].Clear dark black colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coconut, toasted coconut, bounty bar, vanilla. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, coconyt, toasted coconut, bounty bar, dark malt, sweet chocolate, bourbon - vanilla, chocolate - vanilla. 22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out light vanilla, coconut, caramel and bourbon barrels. Flavour is decadent, with loads of vanilla and coconut upfront, followed by bourbon barrels and some cocoa. Intense and complex without any harshness. Lovely desert imperial porter.
