Ein fantastisches Bier, über das sich jeder Weizenbier-Freund sehr freuen wird. Durch die besondere Hefe wird unser naturtrübes, goldgelbes Weizen besonders fruchtig. Es steigen Noten von Bananen und Zitrus und ein leichter Hauch Nelke in die Nase, die sich auch im Antrunk durchziehen. Typisch für ein Weizenbier. Der Abgang ist ebenfalls eher süßlich dominiert. Seine Spritzigkeit macht das Bier zu einem idealen Begleiter im Sommer oder zu leichten Speisen.

Bottle from Hellers Brauerei. Golden color with nice thick white head. Aroma of wheat and banana. Taste, banana, wheat, clove, some fruit. Nice.

(Bottle at One Pint Pub, Helsinki) Poured golden and lightly hazy. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma contained fruitienss and banana. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, banana, fruitiness, sweetness and mildly bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter.

Hazy yellow with a medium off white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with wheat and hints of bananas. Yeasty flavour with wheat and banana notes. Yeasty finish.

cloudy yellow, smooth white head. aroma is dominated by citrussy notes. quite interesting. flavor is slightly citrussy, slighlty flowery sweet, dry, very mild hoppy bitterness, almost not there, ends dry and very slightly bitter in the far end.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, wheat, and dusty hops. The flavor is with notes of dusty hops, wheat, and oranges, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy dark yellow, small creamy head. Fruity nose with phenolic banna. Sweetish, mild and soft with banana trnsforming into bread onwards to toffe eand butter. No bitterness.

Draught @ Hellers Brauhaus, Roonstrasse 33, Köln, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration. Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Candylike banana aroma, like the hard and sweet banana chips one can buy. Cloudy orange colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweet and candylike, banana chips again.
