Bottled(500ml). -RBESG2008, Grand Tasting.
Pale amber coloured, small to medium sized white head, honey herbal nose. Quite odd taste, weak malty, barnyard and vegetable with notes of spices and hops. Hoppy finish.

RBESG08 Grand Tasting Nice amber colour, white head. Lovely honeyish and hoppy nose. Soft chalky taste, lovely fruity maltiness. Light but quite drinkable. I liked this one quite a lot.

Bottle bought at Williams Deli, Nailsworth. Amber in colour with a short-lived off-white head and plenty of carbonation. Aroma was pleasantly earthy with some grassy hops and a hint of dark chocolate. Full, almost prickly mouth feel, with some chewy malt, red fruit and some lively hops in the finish. Very good.

Bottle at Chris_o’s The Wolf tasting. Quite a lovely aroma, well carbonated and then this very nice English hop. Good toffee and rather a good bitter.
