Draught. Slightly hazy yellow, not much head. Same yeast and butterscotch in the nose than all in Sigtunas beers. Some wheaty notes. Grassy hops, yeasty, hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite hoppy for witbier but drinkable as such.

Draught. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is hops and weak malts and wheat. Flavour is white bread, wheat and dishwater, with some acidic fruity citrus hints. Thin witbier.

(Draught, Stockholm Beer Festival, 29 Sep) Pale yellow colour, hazy, with a huge white frothy head. Fruity and spicy nose with citrus. Sweetish, reminding of dish water with lemon zested washing-up liquid. Fruity taste with lemon and orange, spicy, almost sweet-and-sour like. Notes of orange peel in the finish. Interesting, but a bit too sweet for me.

[Draught at the brewpub] Cloudy pale yellow, fairly rich head. Restrained coriander aroma with some flower and perfume. Medium sweet and lightly fruity. There’s a whiff of citrus. A refreshing and drinkable beer with some late grassy bitterness.
