50cl bottle courtesy of koelschtrinker, thanks! A clear pale golden beer with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of grainy malt, straw, moderate strong pale malt. Taste of moderate sweet grainy malt, straw, pale malt, traces of honey, mild bitterness, boring!

Klare, goldene Farbe mit kleiner, weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, leicht fruchtig, leicht floral hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure und spürbar, aber gut eingebundenem Alkohol. Ganz ordentlicher Bock, aber definitiv kein Highlight.

0.5l bottle from spar at linz hbf. pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. aroma of plums, leaves, malts, slight ammonia. flavour of pine, leaves and grains. sweetish and slightly bitter. alcohol is somewhat hidden.

Erst einmal zur Information: Dieses Bier ist absolut das selbe Bier wie der Josefibock. Sie haben sogar den selben Strichcode. Als ich diese Biere beide vor einigen Jahren das erst Mal getrunken habe, fand ich den Josefi wirklich widerlich und den Stefani ganz annehmbar -offenbar wirkte die Weihnachtsstimmung. Jetzt ist die Flasche wieder im Glas und es stellt den Beginn eines Bock-Verkostungsnachmittag mit ein paar Kollegen dar. Es ist ein klassisches Bockbier, das etwas herber ist und eine süßliche Note hat - aber doch trinkbar bleibt. Muffig ist es im Geruch zu Beginn Meines ist es nicht, aber ich kann mir denken, dass es Freunde hat.

Pours a clear golden color, topped with a decent white head. Malty aroma with some grassy and floral hops. Taste is sweet and malty, grassy body with decent bitterness. A bit strong but still drinkable.

Bottle shared by Cuso, thank you! Aroma stale, metallic, really bad. Colour clear light yellow. Taste is sweet and astringent. (Well my notes here actually say "piss piss", but nevermind) Really bad.
