Bottled(330ml) shared with Doggythedog at the Dombräu, Graz.
As Forstner Biere Bio Weisse.
Yellow to golden coloured, huge white head, lively carbonation. Cinnamon and clove nose. Aroma is wheaty and light fruity (banana) with slight sweet but too artificial corn notes. Quite weak but refreshing.

My beer no.5 of the Croatian RB beerhunt in Graz. Bottle, as Forstner Biere Bio Weisse at the Dombräu. Beers from this brewery have been a very pleasant surprise, but this one proved to be the "weakest link". Poured a clear, just slightly hazy golden colour with lively carbonation and a big white head that went away slowly. The nose was dominated by cloves, with some weak hints of bananas. The taste is, yeah, cloves again, lacticity, lemony sourness and again some weak hints of banana. Not bad at all, but far from the best hefeweizen I’ve had.
