Klare dunkelbraune Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, röstmalziger, schwach fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, röstmalzig, leicht brotig, leicht fruchtig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Bottled 500ml. -Dark amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, industrial filter coffee nose. Slight roasted malt, filter coffee and touch of tar with short bitterish finish. One-dimensional, very watery but drinkable.

0.5l bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it at the microbrewery (thanks!) Poured a dark amber-brown body with a slightly off white thick head. Looks like a Berlin dunkel. Raw ground industrial coffee in the nose, dry and not bad. More of the same in the taste, but unfortunately the body is just too light to take the beer seriously. An interesting twist on the style, original for the area (and for Styria, that’s actually saying something!), but too watery for its own good.
