Draught at Vltava, Helsinki as "Karhu Talviuni"... 7.2Euros per 0.5l.. whoa. Anyway, poured a murky dark red-brown body with a small off white head, thick. Berryish nose, strong notes of caramel. Quite pungent. The taste did not exactly thrill me but it was ok. A fruitiness dominates carrying some acidity. Slightly yoghurty too. Even some heavier caramel and roast notes show up from time to time, mostly in the aftertaste. That fruitiness is what is strange about it and overall, this does not thrill me even if it is a solid beer.

Draught at brewpub
Dark nut brown color, decent creamy beige head, some lace. Malty and sweet caramelly nose. Crisp carbonation. Medium-bodied. Bready, caramelly malty with bitter finish. Aftertaste has caramel and bitterness too with light chocolaty notes. Quite robust brown ale, maybe just a bit too harsh to drink as a session beer.
