Draught. An unusual milky yellow colour, almost like eggnog. Light lemon notes on the aroma. Flavour is fruity sweet, some candy and a dry light chocolate finish.

08/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured cloudy yellow body with medium sized head. Light lemony hop aroma, some weak fruity wheat yeast. Sweet chalky, bubblegum and banana flavor with slightly sour lemon. Very nice but pretty watery. Thinner to medium body. Shorter watery lemony finish. Pretty fine and very interesting, but a bit too light weizen-like specialty grain.

The lady at the brewpub called it a "Prussian beer specialty". Ok, I believe her, though I’ve never heard of such a beer before in Germany. Anyway, Poured a murky yellow body with a medium sized white head. Very light lemony, slightly yeasty nose. Nice smooth taste, lemony and bubblegummy, very light overall, maybe too light but the fruitiness underneath everything is truly lovely. Ah, well.
