Cloudy yellow, tall beautiful head. Smells of fruit, clove. Aroma of banana, bread, yeast. The taste is firstly sweet bekoming rather dry on the way to finish. Finishes empty. Fruity aftertaste with a hop note. Acceptable Weizen but not among the leaders.

Can. Yellow-blonde, no head. Has a nice wheat aroma with a zesty fruitiness to it and a steady taste for this beer style although it would be improved if the body was not as thin as it is.

Can from Dunnes Stores, Longford [090212]
Light orange yellow, hazy, big frothy white head that dissipates, some lacing
Aroma - Spicy, wheat, clove, bubblegum, fairly aromatic, fairly intense aroma at first that quickly subsides
Taste of fruity pale malts, wheat, soft banana and clove, some apricot, slightly astringent, bit watery, flavour diminishes in the middle
Palate - soft carb, light body, little powdery, a bit sweet. Finish is quite rapid, dab of bitter wheat
Overall - Average hefe, little dull but not too bad
