10. születésnapunkra megfőztük újra első, bemutatkozó sörünket, amivel a Hara’Punk történe is elkezdődött. A recepten picit korszerűsítettünk, de a lényeg változatlan: a Papap O’Hara egy nagyon enyhén füstös, közepesen krémes, búza- és zabmalátás porter formabontó módon Cascade komlóval.

On tap @ Eleszto. Deep brown with beige head that doesnt last long. Coffee, roasted malts, some chocolate in aroma and tastse. Short coffeeish finish, light body. Easily drinkable, nice brew.

Bottle, 330 ml from Kézműves Csemege, Budapest. Black with medium tan head. Roasted malts, chocolate, bit lactic, coffee. Bitterish finish. Medium bodied.

Keg at Élesztö, Budapest. Dark brown, small head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with medium body and syrupy, rounded mouthfeel. Molasses and brown sugar. Treacle, butter and oil. Low bitterness. Heavy and unrefined.

Kicsi, de tartós, bézs hab, fekete szín. Kissé savas, pörkölt malátás, fekete csokis illatok. Pörkölt malátás, fekete csokis ízvilág, halvány konyakos beütéssel, de semmi alkoholosság. Közepesen testes, enyhén szénsavas, szinte egyáltalán nem keserű. Egész jó.

Bottle @ Bölcső Bar & Food, Budapest. Black with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and roasted moderate bitter finish. 100716

Bottle @ Bölcső Bar & Food. Medium head with short duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, caramel, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

Draught at Élesztő, Budapest, on June 20, 2014.Marked as 6.2% ABV.Black color, tan to brown head. Salty, mineral, malty taste. Mineral, dry, malty aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness. Sweet, roasted scent.

dark colour, some minimal beige head; aroma of roasted coffe, some ash, frutyness and earth; taste of roasted coffe, some dark chocolate, ash again and sourness; correct porter, nothing more.

Erőlködik, hogy jó legyen és az is lesz, de nem olyan lazán. Elfárad tőle az ízlelőbimbód. Szotyis. Kézműves savanyú. A 4. főzdefeszt söre. Szerintem.
