10. születésnapunkra megfőztük újra első, bemutatkozó sörünket, amivel a Hara’Punk történe is elkezdődött. A recepten picit korszerűsítettünk, de a lényeg változatlan: a Papap O’Hara egy nagyon enyhén füstös, közepesen krémes, búza- és zabmalátás porter formabontó módon Cascade komlóval.

Draught at Főzdefeszt III, Budapest. Black coloured, medium sized pale brown head, light coffee nose. Light roasted malt, coffee and hint of milk chocolate with discreet touch of metal which didn’t ruin the beer much. Smooth and easy drinkable.

Another guerilla brewery beer. Dark amber-black body, off white-tan head. Sourish nose, slightly roasty... vinegar. Damn, another infected one. Roasty sweet taste mixing with vinegar again. Honey, dark malt, slightly metallic, yeasty, ok notes of coffee... eh, should try this in good shape once...
